Where are you from? Where do you live?
I grew up in Brookline but I am currently living in the South Shore of Boston.
What are your day-to-day responsibilities?
As a Senné Senior Associate, I spend my days studying the real estate market. For my buyers, I need to know what is new and available in the market to be able to show them potential future homes. For my sellers, I am reviewing new homes to the market that may be competition for their property so collectively we can price and market accordingly.
What does your typical day look like?
On an average day, I review how the market is changing and growing, what homes are stagnant or are selling quickly. I read various periodicals and websites pertaining to real estate that will allow me to keep abreast of market trends. I touch base with active clients and potential customers that I’ve established a working relationship with and share information that may be applicable to their needs. I also set up appointments to review properties and answer any questions that may come up during the buying or selling process. It’s been a challenge to meet new potential clients during the pandemic, but I make it a habit to introduce myself to people in my neighborhood and community. I always try to connect with past clients to offer advice and check in on their real estate journey.
How long have you worked at Senné?
I’ve been with Senné for one year now.
What were you doing before this?
I previously worked as a real estate agent for Century 21 for 10 years.
Where did you go to school?
I attended Northeastern University in Boston.
What’s your favorite part about your job?
My favorite part about my job is encouraging my clients to identify the next steps in their unique real estate process. As their agent, it’s important that I’m clear and aid them to define their expectations from the start. I always hope that I can play a complementary role in their lives and secure a great outcome for their real estate goals.
What’s your favorite part of Senné?
Senné has a great marketing department whose team is extremely helpful with assisting me with highlighting my client’s properties. Their involvement in every deal starts immediately, ranging from supporting me with positioning and messaging for a property, to sleek and high-quality photography that will ensure that my listing stands out. They’ve even further propelled and highlighted my ability to market various commercial properties.
What would your clients (or coworkers) say is your best quality?
My clients always compliment my honesty, my communication skills, and my highest level of professionalism. I always aim to be as clear about the process as possible so I can guide every client to their desired outcome.
How do you like to spend your time outside the office?
I love gardening and have recently found a new love for bird watching.
What’s a fun fact about you that your coworkers may not know?
I have previously worked in broadcasting as a radio announcer!
