The Executive Assistant will provide top-level administrative support to the President. The position is required to be engaged, diligent, proactive, high energy, adaptive, and an excellent communicator. The Executive Assistant will be primarily responsible for managing the schedule, travel plans, client relations, follow-ups, events, and will be tasked with optimizing the President’s filing systems. The position will be required to attend all appropriate events with the President and complete all tasks necessary to keep the President organized and on schedule.
Senné is seeking a General Counsel, to be based at the Company’s Headquarters in Boston, MA. The General Counsel at Senné will be responsible for all legal matters pertaining to all real estate business lines at the firm. The General Counsel will be responsible for developing and implementing best practices and process improvements.
The Onsite Property Manager for Senné will report directly to the Director of Condo Association Management at Senné. The primary responsibilities include managing communication, maintenance & repair, and shareholder expectations on behalf of the Board of Directors for Kenmore Tower and Spinnaker Island Condominium Association.
Senné’s Receptionist will contribute to the Company’s exceptional level of customer service. The Receptionist will be responsible for answering the main company phone line and route calls within their scheduled hours. Depending on the shift, the Receptionist will be required to open or close the office. Additionally, the position will be expected to take note of the purpose of the call and send a message about its details to the correct email recipient.
