Manager of Accounts Payable will be responsible for all aspects of the Accounts Payable cycle for Senné, its business lines, and clients as needed. This will include the data entry, review of third party data entry, workflow management, coding, allocation, cutting checks and/or processing payments via third party service. The Manager of Accounts Payable shall report directly to the Accounting Manager and provide any additional accounting and reporting support as required.

The Property Manager at Senné reports directly to the Director of Investment Property Management. Their primary responsibilities include managing mixed, multi-site investment portfolios on behalf of third-party clients. The Property Manager will be responsible for all daily property operations, including but not limited to, low-income lease compliance, tenant communication, on-site walkthroughs, accounting review and reporting, capital improvement project management, etc. They also assist the Managing Director, Director, Maintenance Director and other Property Managers with managing projects, client expectations, emergency situations, and any task reasonably requested in the administration of the Property Management firm. The Property Manager shall always devote their full efforts to furthering the Property Management business of the firm.
