Kerry Patterson, Executive Director of Property Management, leads the Management team at Senné. With over 20 years of experience, Kerry has the expertise and customer relations skills to efficiently oversee the unique challenges of managing condominium associations and working with owners.
Kerry received his B.S. in Business Management at the University of North Texas and has professional certifications, including CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Associations) and AMS (Association Management Specialist). He is an active member of the Community Associations Institute and several professional groups within the Greater Boston area.
Originally from Sherman, Texas, Kerry now resides in Dedham, MA. Outside the office, Kerry is an avid reader and cyclist and serves on the Board of Directors for the Boston Gay Men’s Chorus.
