Maintenance Manager
Kleymar Garcia is the Maintenance Manager on the Property Management team at Senné. He works closely with the Director of Maintenance to plan the technical work at the company’s managed properties. He is responsible for ensuring all work sites comply with OSHA requirements, laws, regulations, and other safety metrics. Kleymar trains all new hires and organizes and delegates daily duties to deliver on the department’s overall strategic vision.
