Chelsea Kalled

Chelsea Kalled is an Associate on the Residential team at Senné. She specializes in buyer and seller representation, leasing services, and multi-family sales and investments in Greater Boston, Cambridge, Somerville, and beyond. Chelsea’s roots trace back to a small town in New Hampshire, where frequent moves during her childhood shaped her appreciation for the true meaning of home. Her academic pursuits brought her to Boston, where she attended Northeastern University and graduated with a degree in Communications.

Chelsea’s knack for relationship-building and a strong inclination towards service led her to the real estate industry. She acquired her real estate license in 2013 and began her career at Prudential in Davis Square. Chelsea effectively represented buyers and sellers over the first two years of working independently. The next chapter of her career saw her co-founding CG Properties at Keller Williams, a move that introduced her to the benefits of teamwork. This experience paved the way for her transition into luxury sales as part of a top-performing team in Boston.

Now, with more than a decade of experience and a track record of serving hundreds of clients—who have become friends—Chelsea continues her real estate journey at Senné, dedicated to demystifying the real estate market and sales process for her clients.
