Gina Carme

Gina Carme is a Massachusetts native and Realtor based out of Senné’s Arlington office. Originally from Waltham and now living in Arlington with her family, Gina brings a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to real estate, grounded in a genuine appreciation for homes, neighborhoods, and community.

Gina holds a BA in Art History from Trinity College in Washington, D.C., along with a Web and Graphic Design Certificate from Clark University. Her professional background includes web design, municipal government, and customer service — experience that has shaped her strong communication skills, creative problem-solving abilities, design eye, and attention to detail. These strengths translate seamlessly into real estate, where clear guidance, a can-do attitude and preparation are key.

As a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, Massachusetts Association of REALTORS®, and the Arlington Chamber of Commerce, Gina stays closely connected to both the local market and the community she serves. Supported by the tools, training, and collaborative culture at Senné, she works closely with buyers and sellers to help them make informed, confident decisions throughout the process.

Outside of real estate, Gina enjoys gardening and landscaping, and is an avid walker who loves exploring the neighborhoods of Arlington, Winchester, and Lexington. Her appreciation for design and outdoor spaces often helps clients envision the potential of a home.
