John Montanaro

John G. Montanaro is a Senior Associate at Senné Real Estate, known for his thoughtful approach, deep market knowledge, and refined understanding of residential value.

Originally from Italy and now based in Belmont, John has been a Certified Residential Appraiser since 2005, offering clients a rare blend of analytical rigor and market intuition. His background allows him to assess homes with precision — beyond trends — helping buyers and sellers make confident, well-informed decisions in competitive New England markets.

John earned a BA in Communications from Marist University and holds advanced real estate designations including GRI, E-PRO, and ABR. He is an active member of the National Association of Realtors and the Massachusetts Association of Realtors.

Outside of real estate, John is deeply engaged in his community as a futsal coach with Black Knights FC and a Goalie Coach at Belmont Hill School. He enjoys reading, swimming, and time with family and friends, and is fluent in Italian.
