Manager, Residential Brokerage

Senné’s Manager will represent the Senné brand in the MetroWest and Waterfront offices. The Manager’s primary responsibilities are to oversee the office from an operational perspective, to offer creative suggestions to agents with regard to their personal and property promotions and to assist residential agents of Senné in MetroWest and the North End offices with their marketing needs. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently with speed and precision. The position must be familiar with residential real estate practices and have solid knowledge of the multiple listing service.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the office(s) from an operational perspective
  • Offer creative solutions to agents with regard to their personal and property promotions
  • Assist in and coordinate the marketing needs of agents
  • Work with the Marketing team to provide or assist in creating agent presentations, digital, print, email, and direct marketing campaigns.
  • Work with the Residential Marketing Director to deliver brand messaging, manage brand assets, and maintain Senné brand integrity within the Manager’s market.
  • Work with the marketing team to produce high-quality brand-compliant marketing and presentation material for clients and customers.
  • Train and mentor newly hired agents on Senné residential platforms in conjunction with overall brand strategy.
  • Maintain inventory of marketing supplies, residential signage, swag, etc.
  • Responsible for the physical look of the office and will be expected to communicate office maintenance needs with Management.
  • Collaborate and provide feedback to the Residential Marketing Manager on adoption of our tools, offer suggestions for improvement and implementation of the same
  • Monitor agent listings for status changes, ensure our status’ are up to date on the website and monitor Senné website and 3rd party sites for accuracy of data
  • Place local ads as determined by the overall Residential marketing budget and troubleshoot agent needs.
  • Would work with Residential Marketing Director to test new marketing platforms and tools to evaluate potential adoption.

 

Desired Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years experience in a real estate management role that focused specifically on office operations
  • Experience and understanding of real estate marketing
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office, G Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and various social media platforms
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative problem-solving abilities
  • Organized with high attention to detail
