Senné is seeking a motivated, energetic and innovative Marketing Manager. The Marketing Manager will work closely with the department’s directors to meet business objectives and deliverable dates, ensure creative is on brand, and style guides are adhered to. The position will have a strong focus on execution, content creation, and will constantly work to develop and communicate the brand vision for each unique business line and the company as a whole. The ideal candidate will be able to think creatively and proactively with regard to brand development. The Marketing Manager will report to the Marketing Director in daily marketing activities and the development of graphics and collateral.
Develop tailored, meaningful content and design for various marketing materials and platforms.
Work alongside Marketing Director and Digital Marketing Director to develop day-to-day marketing, campaign content, concepts and assist in managing all campaign deliverables to ensure timely production, distribution and availability of materials to internal and external stakeholders.
Propose, develop and produce new creative concepts and materials to support business lines, translating the needs and ideas of managing directors into viable content.
As one of the keepers of the brand, ensure all materials internal and external are aligned with Senné brand guidelines, and continue to build the health of the brand.
Manage quality control on deliverables. Ensure everything is on brand and free of errors before submitting for approval.
Assist in managing projects within allocated budget and timeline, ensuring all resources are used in the most effective manner.
Provide informal/formal campaign, program updates and reporting.
Attend weekly marketing meetings for active projects.
2-3 years of marketing experience for a B2C or B2B brand
Experience creating content across different departments of a business
Experience building brands in an entrepreneurial environment
Experience working with lifestyle content creation and industry B2B market report content creation
Ability to work independently and collaboratively, formulate new ideas and express them
Ability to create quality product in short order
Experience with multiple stakeholders, partners and priorities
Excellent communication and design skills
Experience with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Canva Pro and other creative platforms is a plus
