Boston Herald Hot Property: 64 Oliver Street, Somerville

64 Oliver Street, listed by James Trano and Cassie Dealy, was recently featured as the Boston Herald’s Hot Property of the week. 

We haven’t trekked around East Somerville in a hot minute, so forgive us if we forgot that the area is booming and set to only get better with the extension of the MBTA Green Line.

The area retains its laid-back neighborhood creature comforts with a little something for everyone. So, we’re not surprised to see eye-catching construction projects continuing to pop off — like this latest addition at 64 Oliver Street #64 — a two-level luxury townhouse.
