Accountant
Payton Johnson is a Property Accountant on the Accounting team at Senné. She oversees the day-to-day accounting functions of the company’s owned properties, monitoring cash balances and preparing monthly financial analyses for investors and owners. Her other primary responsibilities include recording tenant receipts, processing payable invoices, and balancing cash flow spreadsheets. Payton is a practiced accountant of five years. She previously worked at a higher education institution and a nonprofit where she served as an accounting specialist. Her acquired skills and knowledge are valuable assets to the growing Property Management team. She received her B.S. in Financial Forensics and Fraud Investigation and M.S. in Accounting and Business Management from Southern New Hampshire University.
