Clark Fonda

Executive Director, Government Affairs

As Executive Director of Government Affairs, Clark Fonda spearheads all policy and advocacy services for the firm. From his office in Washington, D.C., Clark monitors city, state and federal policies and initiatives to determine which concerns may affect Senné’s work and client projects. In addition to regular policy updates, identifying advocacy opportunities, and working collaboratively with government entities, Fonda helps to support and create stronger policies. He serves as a liaison to key industry stakeholders, such as Greater Boston Real Estate Board, Congressional members, and state and local officials. Clark and the Government Affairs team have led efforts on real estate policy initiatives ranging from state and federal tax issues to local construction and property sale ordinances. Clark holds a B.A. from the University of Southern California, an M.A. from the U.S. Naval War College, and a J.D. from the George Washington University Law School. Outside the office, Clark enjoys sailing and playing guitar, especially in his band formed entirely of current and former Congressional Chiefs of Staff.
