With a team now composed of more than 90 experts in brokerage, valuation, management, finance, marketing, construction, design, and urban planning, 2021 will be our biggest year yet.
The Government Affairs team at Senné offers consulting and advisory services to our clients and partners to better position themselves to make more informed decisions for their investments and businesses. In 2020, our team led advocacy efforts on a number of important legislative areas, ranging from real estate provisions for the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States, to local Boston and Cambridge taxes, fees, and other essential rule changes that impact development.
