Corporate

Our move to Boston’s North End reinforced our commitment to innovation and success while preserving our commitment to our clients and communities. With a team now composed of more than 90 experts in brokerage, valuation, management, finance, marketing, construction, design, and urban planning, 2021 will be our biggest year yet.

Development & Construction

The Development team at Senné has decades of collective experience developing and constructing almost $1 billion worth of real estate investments in the Greater Boston area, as well as select markets nationwide. Our team is led by Jess Tones, winner of the 2020 Gold PRISM MVP award for Builders and Remodelers.  

Residential

All across Greater Boston, buyers, sellers, renters, developers, and landlords turn to experienced Senné Associates to achieve their real estate goals. 2020 was no different, as our Residential team continued to offer unparalleled support for our clients and tenants, while growing our team and adding new capabilities to our suite of services.

Residential: Custom Leasing Strategy 

Our team works with clients and partners to obtain the most qualified tenants for their rental units and development project lease-ups through better market placement and custom marketing. The team quickly adapted to a new, virtual way of operating to help clients find their next homes with ease.

Property Management

If you’re a property owner in Massachusetts or New York, the Senné team can provide you with comprehensive, customized property management services. In 2020, our best-in-class team focused on maintaining our clients’ real estate investments, while keeping tenant and employee safety the top priority. 

Investment Strategy

Our private finance team has significant experience in financing a wide spectrum of transactions, including acquisitions, ground-up development, renovations and repositioning, portfolio structuring, and land banking opportunities. With key hires in 2020, the team was able to quickly adapt and expand the scope of our company’s finance, investment and accounting/reporting capabilities to take advantage of timely opportunities.

Government Affairs

The Government Affairs team at Senné offers consulting and advisory services to our clients and partners to better position themselves to make more informed decisions for their investments and businesses. In 2020, our team led advocacy efforts on a number of important legislative areas, ranging from real estate provisions for the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States, to local Boston and Cambridge taxes, fees, and other essential rule changes that impact development.
